Pets Are Welcome at Spur
The dog and the cat are on the guest list. Spur is a pet-friendly community with a large dog park, an agility course, a pet washing station, and pet stations throughout the community. Up to two pets are welcome per apartment home, with a 75-pound weight limit per pet.
The one-time pet fee is $400 per pet (non-refundable), and monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers. Pet screening is required for every prospective resident. Service and support animals are always welcome.

Welcome home to our luxury Henderson apartments. Pay rent online, submit maintenance requests, and manage your account through our resident portal. Valet trash pickup and 24/7 package delivery keep two everyday errands off your list. Our leasing team is on-site Monday through Sunday, 9 AM to 6 PM, for lease questions, maintenance follow-ups, and everything else.
