We’re a pet-friendly community of Henderson apartments that includes a large dog park with an agility course and a convenient washing station to keep your pets and your home clean. A refundable deposit of $300 applies to small pets under 25 lbs. For large pets over 25 lbs, the refundable deposit is $500. Maximum three pets. The monthly fee is $25 per small pet and $35 per large pet. Irrespective of size, certain dog breeds are restricted, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers. Further breed restrictions may apply.
