The dog and the cat are on the guest list. Spur is a pet-friendly community with a large dog park, an agility course, a pet washing station, and pet stations throughout the community. Up to two pets are welcome per apartment home, with a 75-pound weight limit per pet.
The one-time pet fee is $400 per pet (non-refundable), and monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers. Pet screening is required for every prospective resident. Service and support animals are always welcome.
